Little Pines Academy Three-Year-Old Class Curriculum encompasses the Social and Emotional Skills, School and Fine Motor Skills, and Academic skills that will not only give your child confidence but also nourish their desire to learn and grow. We use multiple research-based curriculums to teach Literacy and Phonics including LetterLand for early reading skills and Learning Without Tears to introduce writing composition. Our three-year-old students participate in engaging whole group lessons helping them master math skills such as number identification to 20, comparing number sets, tally marks, basic addition and subtraction, and so much more! The three 3-year-old class dives deep into monthly thematic Social Studies/Science Units often centered around the Five Senses. Our students experience hands-on learning through centers, small group mini-lessons, and teacher facilitated independent exploration.

Progression Reports are sent home with three-year-old students in January and May. Progression Reports for the three-year-old class include Social and Emotional Skills, School and Fine Motor Skills, and Academics.
